Hello there! At the studio, KULA YOGA, I teach a couple different classes as far as Ashtanga is concerned, There is...
Level I - Primary Series with an eye toward folks that are new to it i.e., a bit mor explanation and a slightly shorter class.
Level II - Led Primary Series in its entirety.
Mysore - Self led practice assisted by me.

Privately my students have purely a Mysore approach and are working on various different Ashtanga Series.

Drop in anytime! Have great one! -ymb

Ciao!~ I am interested in your classes...can you tell me what level you are teaching in the series? I started in Ashtanga years ago & would like to jump back into the practice.

Best, L'

hey matt!

i'm still in austin, not working and looking for work, and now that my knee is on the mend (80% to 85%) am beginning to think about renewing my yoga practice (on the cheap side).

i'm glad to read that you're still out there practicing. and two-stepping. :)

Matt -- So where ARE your dogs??? Ashtanga classes are small to very small at YY (though lots of star classes). And last I heard small at Kula too? If you figure it out, let me know, did 2/3 of the ashtangis give it up and go back to bowling?
Also, you mentioned a workshop in Costa Rica (!) Is that through the old (unnamed) studio? Interesting...

Hey Matt:
any chance you'll take on additional Ashtanga II classes? I need that old Wed. 6pm slot. A Sunday afternoon would be ideal too (or anything later than that 9:00am).

Your former schedule, at the former unnamed studio, Tues, Wed, and Thurs at 6:00 was a godsend for me. Hubby ALWAYS has a rehearsal on Tuesday evenings, so I'm running into difficulty with kid care, etc.

Just throwing that in the pot. Thanks for all you do.
xoxox,
Lara

Hey Matt,
I was on yoga hiatus due to craziness at work, I just realized you left. I emailed the studio and asked why you weren't on the schedule and if you would be coming back after I noticed you had no classes. I'm just glad you are still around, I intend to come check out your new place after the first of the year.
