Hey there friends and students! My Tuesday/Thursday Led Ashtanga classes are now at 6:30pm to allow folks to get there with less of a rush!! No rushing to yoga please! Some new classes and teachers as well on the new schedule at Castle Hill. Also a couple of pics I took recently at the studio! Y’all are famous now.
