Its about time right? Here are some brief descriptions and dates for three (2 hr) workshops I am planning for the Fall…
September 18 – Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop - Wether they are your best friend or worst enemy, they can be a ton of fun to play with and still enjoy many of the benefits involved. Come join us for an afternoon of breaking down the architecture, benefits, and variations of many of these fun and challenging asanas.
October 16 – Beyond Asana: Bandha, Dristi, Ujjayi - In this workshop we will be exploring the history, philosophy, and function of these three concepts both on their own and as they apply to an asana practice. The usage of energetic locks, focal points, and this particular pranayama are the next stage of going deeper into your practice once a fair level of asana knowledge and/or comfortability has been attained. This workshop will change everything about your practice!
November 6 – Partner Yoga Vinyasa -Bring a fellow yogi or meet one at the workshop to join you in a flow sequence for the added fun of a partnered practice! This is a great way to experience many of the same ol postures in a new way that will challenge your balance, deepen your asana practice, deepen your connection to fellow yogis, and most likely make you giggle a bunch. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon!
More details to come as we get closer to the dates! Psyched to teach as these are three of my favorites to host.
